Last year I met a realtor in Progreso, Mx, and he had a SKYPE account with a phone number in NEVADA. Whenever I called him, using the Nevada number, it would ring him in Mexico. Therefore, I was using my cell in Fl., connecting to Mx. with no problems. QUESTION? Does anyone on this forum have any knowledge if this is possible in PANAMA? Thanks, JYD
