Vista Mar/San Carlos

Oh, and while I am posting, does anyone live in the Vista Mar development? It is actually a private beach near San Carlos I believe. A bit further away than Coronado. I am surprised we are ending up there but my husband likes the property very much even though we do not golf! I'm wondering if there are any expat kids there or just on the weekends when the Panamanian Kids come in from the city. I'd like to find kids for my son to hang out with even though he's nearly 17, that is the one thing about Coronado/San Carlos/Gorgona, there are not many teens out here during the week, perhaps during the high season it will change.
