My wife and I are looking for a home somewhere between Chamé and Playa Blanca. We're retired Canadians, are learning Spanish rapidly and are hoping to get our pensionado visas soon.
We'd prefer a home with a bit of a yard - enough to do a bit of gardening. Do not require in gated community, but that could also work for us.
We're looking for a home with at least 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Somewhere where the roads are better than the detestable Coronado roads.... Looking in the $600-$800 range. Would prefer within walking distance of the Pacific - not a show stopper if it's on the other side of the highway. Not next door to a bar or loud restaurant. Please let us know if you hear of anything available after the first of June. Or if necessary after Oct 1, 2015.
Worst comes to worst, we'll take a condo. Long term - minimum of 1 year or more.
