We are considering having a live-in caretaker on our property
- he/they would have his own casita on our property

possibly someone with a wife/partner to provide housekeeping services.

What are the owner's responsibilities ?

What should one expect to pay monthly ?

How does one go about locating someone ?

Is this an employee or a contract worker ?

what else do we need to consider ?

what are we responsible for? how many days off each month?
how many hours worked
Social Security ?
etc etc
