Opening a restaurant

Hello all, I am considering moving to PC and possibly opening a small restaurant or fast food place there. I have 20yrs of experience with owning and operating restaurants. Can you guys give me some feedback? Ie, what location would work well and the type of restaurants? My background is in Asian cuisines . I really appreciate any help you can provide.
