Ebay question

Hello Everyone,
I'm a big ebay users these days. A lot of the older and vintage tooling I buy comes from ebay. I found out that ebay doesn't have a site in central or South America yet. The ebay site does say that users in this area will get a local version of ebay but I've yet to see it. I search for things just to see what's listed in this area but I don't get anything from panama. Anyone use ebay here and find stuff listed and shipping from panama? I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if I need to change my profile address, etc. maybe its just not used here much. Any info you can share would be great. Thanks
