Carnival & the Balboa Elks

From the Balboa Elks (do drop in when you are in Panama if you are visiting), all visitors are welcome:

As you know, Carnival starts this Saturday and if your travels take you up into the interior or around Panama City, or Colon, do be careful as you enjoy yourselves.

For those not heading out of town, or downtown, for this Valentines Day, Gordi and Art are planning a social at the Elks Club at No Charge.
We're going to have Cooked (Baked) Fish, Meat Stew, and Rice w/Guandu. We'll have other sides.

The House Committee has granted us Happy Hour starting at 5:00 p.m. as we start serving food at 5:30p.m.
Probably have candles on the tables for that low light atmosphere.

As a side note, the Bon Profit Restaurant will also have a special that day for $21.00 with different Main Meals.

Come on by tomorrow, Friday, for Happy Hour, and let's socialize.
