I have read some posts about requirements crossing into Panama from Costa Rica and they seem to be mostly from 2013.
Can anyone give me a 2015 update please?
Wife and I are from Canada and are spending winter travelling Central America. We are right now in SE Costa Rica and will be traveling into Bocas Del Toro region of Panama in a week.
Would like to confirm if we do need to have $500 cash each when crossing border?
We do not have a return plane ticket for we are just using buses and boat taxis since we left Belize. We will be flying back from either Panama city or San Jose CR in spring.
What is best option to show exit requirements from Panama please?
Have heard that I should book a refundable plane ticket but expect that there will be some website cancelling charges.
Have also heard that some print off a plane ticket before paying?
Any suggestions?
