Ok, Yes, another question about bringing over dogs

Hi,

Sorry for the additional questions. I've read over the instructions everyone placed on here and I'm clear on everything (I think) but the fees for the forms that have to be apostilled in DC by the Panamanian Embassy. Is it $30 per form, meaning $90 (rabies form, 7001 and initial form?) or $30 for everything per pet? And can two pet's information be sent in the same envelope? We are flying both dogs here asap and trying to figure out if there is still a way to fix this and fly them in within 10 days when our clock started on Monday and we don't have the forms appostiled yet. Any advice anyone? Thanks so much as always!!
