I hope it´s okay to post general community-type notices here...
I´m starting a new chapter of Citizens´Climate Lobby here in Panama.
"Creating the political will for a stable climate by empowering individuals to have breakthroughs in their personal and political power."
www.citizensclimatelobby.org has lots of info - it's really a fantastic org: I've learned so much. They're doing it right!
There are CCL chapters throughout the US and Canada, and also several other countries.
Inaugural meeting will be April 4 (I know, it's sabado santo), 11 am - 1 pm, at my apartment in Marbella.
Refreshments will be served.
We'll practice talking about climate change, listen to the CCL international monthly call, and plan for a Panama chapter.
Please call me at 6704-2456 for more info or to sign up.
Please come!
