Driving in Panama Corrections

Minor corrections, people in Panama help me with you ideas & info:

Driving in Panama:

Do not drive & talk on your cell phone.

No U-turns

One Panama told me when he was riding with me on a rainy day when I turned on my head lights for safety "you can't do that, only officials can their head lights on during the day" (don't ask me about new car with head lights that are on when the car is started)

Caution, many street sign including one way (Una Via) signs are missing & often hard to determine which streets are one way?

Driving on 4 lane road (2 lanes each way), stay right except to pass.
