House for rent

Looking for a place to rent for 3-6 months starting Jul or Aug 1, somewhere between $900 and $1600 per month. Saw a location around Lago Madden. Any issues with that area? We would need 3 bedrooms, 2 baths - internet.. Any advice would be appreciated. We'd make a "fact-seeking" trip before that time - probably the end of May. This would be our (myself, husband and an adult son) first visit to Panama. Thanks in advance for any advice/help!
