Getting To Bocus Del Toro from California

Hi All!
Hope everyone is having a Slam-Bang of a time!

1.In California, want to go to BDT from LAX but can only find flight to Panama City but nothing shows as a "connecting flight" to BDT. How can I do this online from Cali using CheapOtickets, Booking Buddy, Pricline, etc...?

2. How can I purchase a Bust Ticket showing I am leaving Panama six months later so I may show the Airline when I land in Panama City?

Again, all done from Cali online.

If anyone could be kind enough to provide contacts, emails, websites, etc...to accomplish these I would be most grateful and have a beer for you!

Have a great day and be SAFE!
