Decent Bank with Reasonable Fees

Hello. I have been a member of HSBC / Banistmo now for a number of years, however I do not live in Panama, and the overseas ATM fees are very high (10 USD per event).

Does anyone have any suggestions for another bank that has lower or zero fees. I was thinking Citibank may be an option?
