Food ingredients

Ok...so I am keeping up with the strange posts in an attempt to educate myself and hopefully others.

Can anyone that is over there confirm or deny some basic ingredients of foods over there.

And before you all start cracking my skull, here in the US they put crap like yellow 5 and 6, red 4 and 40, aspartame, high fructose corn and we are loosened with fluoride in all we need eat.

Naturally we are organic or real food but I am curious if anything like this exists in any of the normal foods or if I get to drop this stuff at our borders.
