MRI in Panama

Does anyone know about the cost of an MRI in Panama? I am in Canada planning on heading to Panama this autumn. I have some back issues and my doctor has ordered an MRI. Any Canadians amongst you will know that medical care is glacially slow here. So they have me booked for February. I am wondering about the cost of getting it in Panama, it would probably be cheaper than the cost of me flying back to get it done.
The MRI here is covered by the medical plan. I am hoping not to mess up my trip. Thanks in advance to anyone with their thoughts.
