Customs Panama/Costa Rica Seizes a Card Cloner

At the checkpoint of San Isidro, in Paso Canoas, a populated border between Panama and Costa Rica, the Panamanian customs authorities seized a cloner card machine that had been sent as instructed by the shuttle Ticabus from Costa Rica.

Preliminary reports indicate that the Credit and Debit Card Cloner had listed it's origin as Costa Rica but had no paper statements.

Inside the bag, was also found a dozen cards, presumably, all have been cloned.
