We live at the beach in LaBarqueta and were so lucky to find Joshua Rogel! He has dual citizenship (US & Panama) he live's in David and has helped us tremendously! Originally he's from Rhode Island, US. VERY trustworthy! He has great references, from the bank manager at Global Bank, an Attorney in David and many, many satisfied customers. We have been using him for over a year and half. He can take you to the electric co, register your vehicles, deal with cable and internet companies, take you shopping, what ever you need. He knows where to buy anything, and at the best prices, he manages a rental property on the beach, so he knows all reputable subs, ceptic, electrician and painters! I can't rave enough about him! Considering it cost $30. for a taxi to David each way, he takes us for $30. round trip (we use our vehicle) it's extra for gas if he uses his, and he'll go wherever, shopping, electric company to help with your bills, anything!
