PTY to Albrook

Hi, we will be arriving into PTY on a Thursday on the 2:00 Copa from IAD. Is it too tight to try to make the flight to Bocas at 3:30 from Albrook? My gut tells me it isn't worth trying. No idea what traffic may be like or how long bags, immigration and customs would be.

BTW, itinerary suggestions welcomed. We want to spend some time in Bocas, some in Chame, Chitre or Las Tablas (maybe even Pedasi, then round out with 2 days in PC. First time to Panama with serious consideration of moving there eventually. Not the BIG city type and don;t usually do much "touristy" stuff. Arrive 15th leave 25th.
