Wire Transfer from Chase to Multibank?

Has anyone successfully completed a wire transfer from Chase in the US to Multibank here in Panama?

Here are the two addresses Multibank told me to enter as their street address:

Casa Matriz
Via Espana
Edificio Prosperidad

or

Via Espana edif Prosperidad

Neither of them work.

Also, Chase is one of Multibank's intermediary banks which makes me wonder why the disconnect.

Thanks.
