Lotion for bugs?

I have seen elsewhere a recommended lotion for bugs. I'll be in Panama next week but not sure if I remember the product name. Was it Avon Skin So Soft Bug Guard?

I will be hard to get it before I leave as there are no Avon stores in the area and if it's not available in other stores. Is it available in the Boquete/Volcan region?
