Some background to this message on a forum in David. A David expat named Nima, took a picture of a man lying in a pool of blood in a mall on Thursday. Police were around, someone was looking for vital signs, someone calling ambulance most likely, and it appeared that he had been shot. Nima did not write a story, he only sent a picture to the Yahoo forum. e-mails followed this uploading of this picture...........................
Hi Nima…
It was very upsetting for me to view the picture you send to the group… especially when there was no explanation of the situation.
I really hope that Panama is able to respond very quickly to the rapidly escalating criminal activities in this country.
If the Police services are unable to take control very quickly, and the laws change even more quickly… this country will soon
become a place where it is no longer a pleasant to live.
I hope Panama is able to recover from this influx of criminal activities.
Otherwise… without change… the country will no longer be a place where people want to retire to, or live in.
Just look at what other countries have not done to protect their residents.
Panama is close to repeating the mistakes of those other countries.
I really hope that Panama will succeed in their efforts to make the country a safer place for everyone to live and prosper.
Regards,
Tyler
