Household shopping

I've combed the posts and haven't found anything related so here goes... I am moving to PTY and want to know if the prices of small appliances (blender, toaster. Vacuum, household landline, etc.) are comparable to the US or it I should buy them there and take them with me. I don't pay for shipping since my job will do this for me. What do you estimate is a "bundle" package for landline/internet/cable TV? Are cell phones better by contract or pay and go? Thank you!!
