Thanksgiving and Black Friday

I know T-giving is a US holiday but I read that in the past some restaurants and organizations put on "the big meal" since there are so many Expats in Panama City. Does anyone have any news on T-giving 2015 events? Also, since there are plenty of similar shopping malls, any chance there is a "black Friday" shopping day too? Thanks
