Are there shops that can add Panama and Central American maps to my GPS? I don't think I have a SIM card in my GPS, I see they maps for sale that way. I have a Garmin and a Tom-Tom. Was unable to change my Tom-Tom here in France so I bought a new Garmin. Will I need yet another GPS?
