Hi everyone.

I have an Insurance question. I live in California would love to move to Panama real soon. I currently have have Blue Shield that covers me and my prescriptions. I've had major heart issues in the recent past. Does anyone know the approximate monthly cost for full health coverage? And would you know if there is a 30 day or so waiting period I could be covered?
