Electronic cigarettes in Panama

Hi all. I'm a 35 year old single guy, recently got the opportunity to spend a year working from my laptop, so instead of paying 800 per month for an apartment in another bland US location, I figured I'd spend 800 per month to be near a beach in Panama. I've spent a decent amount of time traveling Latin American countries; I've loved every minute of it.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get ecigarettes, maybe in PC? I quit smoking and moved to vaping, and that's my last bad habit (I quit drinking) but it's less evil than smoking. I guess I could always mail order from vape companies, maybe?
