Coronado Bay Condo

Dear expats, My wife and I are moving to Panama and are considering buying a condo at Coronado Bay. I'm writing to inquire about life at Coronado Bay.
Are the apartments sound insulated from the adjacent units? Is it a quiet place to live or are there many short term rental "party" units? Actually all information re life at Coronado Bay would be appreciated. Beat regards.
