One person said its lots cheaper .... a guy who has a pensionado visa for Panama and says he'll head for Columbia....
I have a pensionado visa in Panama.
Been there numerous times, but now I am looking at Colombia,perhaps Medellin which is a beautiful city with beautiful people and much cheaper than Panama.
Any of you guys have experience with Medellin and these factors.....
