visit in March pre-retirement fact finding

Hello, were a late 50's couple from South Carolina who will be spending 16 days in Panama beginning March 20, 2016. We will be visiting 7 cities as part of a fact finding tour to see if all that we have researched about the country is factual. We would love some local input while there. Some of the cities where we will have time to visit others are Panama City, Bouquet, David, Bocos del Toro, Coronado and Playa Blanca. We look forward to meeting those that have taken the move already.
