How to sell my beach hostel quickly

Hi. Anyone knowing a good real estate agent/website for chiriqui? I have been owning a beach eco hostel (& pizzera) in playa las lajas for the last few years and it is great, but I really need to sell quickly to move on (for personal reasons). The business is great, good revenues and all but could not find a serious buyer yet. any advice?
