Real estate value?

Presently living in beautiful but extremely expensive Switzerland, I am planning to retire in Panama within a few years (I am now 63 yo).
I have already visited the country twice, and spent some time looking around for an apartment preferably in the Coronado area. I was very pleased to find nice condos in gated communities , at (compared to Switzerland) rather interesting price/living surface ratios.
Now, my question is this: does anyone have an idea of how stable is the real estate market in Panama? Is there any bubble in sight, ready to explode? Indeed, there are so many construction sites under way everywhere in the country that one may wonder what's looming in a more or less distant future...
