VA APPROVED SCHOOLS IN PANAMA

We will be coming to Panama the beginning of next year income of $2300 monthly for family of 3. We will both be in school which could be an extra $1400 to $2600 a month, my question is does anyone know of a good English speaking college if there is one in panama?
