I was looking at brazil on here and saw that I had to go back two years before I saw anything about crime. In a country with one of the highest crime rates in the world. I even saw a video someone posted which you can go here to see it,, http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=380_1456933847 broad daylight these kids attack person after person trying to steal mainly neck chains and cell phones. note that the whole video is shot on the same location, also note how these kids don't really run that fast or far after they attack a person.

Panama is no where near that level of crime.
