Sick animals

Hi, I have a neighbor that has 30 cats and 4 dogs that have never been inoculated for rabies. My vet told me that he refused treatment. Well one of his cats brutally attacked my cat, and now I'm praying for her life; she has feline leukemia which is like aids; 5 injections and a IV. All my animals have their shots; what if one of them scratches or bits a kid? Ideas?
