Panama clean up?

We were pleasantly surprised over the past 2 weeks to see workers along the highways picking up and bagging roadside garbage. Including Centennial Bridge which previously looked like a war zone and along the Panamerican Hwy all the way from La Chorrera to Rio Hato. Congratulations to whoever started or is supervising this project !
