Unsubscribe/block specific topics

Saludos.

Is there any way to block / unsubscribe from specific topics, so that emails do not keep littering one's inbox?

Subscribing to the Panama Forum, for example, means receiving updates on every topic posted. Which can be annoying when one is not in the least interested in those topics......especially as: each time someone posts to that specific topic, I get more emails.

Is there any way to simply block out specific topics?

Under each topic, I only see "subscribe". No "unsubscribe"
