lodging in pedasi?

While on my upcoming fact-finding mission to Panama, I'd like to spend a few days in Pedasi- will be mid-July. Any suggestions on a decent place to stay? I won't have my own vehicle. Want to check out the town and nearby beaches. I looked at airbnb- only had 2 places listed- review for 1 wasn't too good and the other was extravagant and expensive. I'd appreciate any help anyone can offer! Thanks:)
