Pedasi area hotels

I'm going to pedasi next week. I'm planning to stay at a place called Casa Loma- is anyone familiar with it? I found it online, but before i get stuck there (and possibly regret it!) i thought i'd check with y'all! Also, if anyone could recommend a decent place (reasonably priced... $80 or less per night) in that area that is an easy walk (1km) to the beach i would really appreciate it.
