My wife and I are mid 50's, have traveled the Caribbean/Central
America for many years and have decided that Panama is a place where we feel we can contribute. I plan a trip in October to hopefully connect with a/several US expats. Our plan is to purchase a free standing home where we can continue to work (Healthcare
Exec or similar) in advance of full retirement. It seems the city will offer most job opportunity however we do not feel this to be our ultimate location. The Pacific side is our preference but with so much info out there it is difficult to discern the reality of a commute or the ability to work in the southwest of the isthmus. If anyone is interested in providing guidance or meeting that would be great.
