Internet options in Panama City

I'm moving to Panama from the Bahamas at the end of the month with my wife and two children. We have schooling lined up and a place to live in Panama Pacifico. I'm trying to find reliable information on internet providers in the area. It seems Cable Onda and Cable & Wireless are the main contenders in this space. I haven't been able to get a full picture of the offerings from either of their websites. For example, Cable Onda doesn't seem to advertise the upload speeds of their plans. C&W seems to offer fiber optic service but also doesn't show upload speeds.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I also read good things about Panetma but the pricing on that is pretty outrageous.
