Selling Arts, Crafts, etc.

Curious. If I were to sell my arts/crafts, used clothing, or other personal effects at the Boquete weekly ex-pat venue or on the beach, would I need a business license? If so, how big a hassle would that be? Also, if I were to import, say, an essential oil bug spray to sell (so it wouldn't be a personal effect) I'd likely need a business license, correct? Maybe need to ask this of our attorney?
