Peace Corps Son in Patilla Hospital

My son, Eli, is in the hospital (Patilla) in Panama City. He has money, but he can't get to it, since he is in the hospital. So, he has no cell minutes and no outside food (and has lost close 40 lbs). If someone could help out, I think I can send from debit card to your debit card, or Eli could get the money as soon as they let him out of the hospital. All his friends are Peace Corps young people in remote villages, and his host village is three or more hours away, so he has been all alone at the hospital.
