Realestate licensure

Does anyone know if you can take realestate licensure courses in Panama and thereby fulfill requirements to set the exam in other countries such as USVI? Have lived here in Panama for 5 years and am a resident but have a child in the USVI where courses have not been provided for 3 years. Thinking said child could come here and take the required courses and get licensed in both Panama and USVI. Any advise would be welcomed.
