CW Panama's cable TV is a mystery to me in many aspects. For example, HLN (channel 105) consistently shows programs that are not in the program guide . Morning Express with Robin Meade - a show I used to enjoy waking up to - is now replaced by even more Nancy Grace Mysteries. But the program guide continues to show "Morning Express" It is like this all day! It has become a useless channel. The programming I see on channel 105 is not what is being shown in the USA. Who changes it? Who decides? Does anyone know where to find these answers?
Also, CNN's guide shows one show, and airs something different as well. To make matters worse, audio is intermittent, recording it makes the DVR go haywire with pauses and stutters. And it is ONLY occurring on CNN! All other channels work and can be recorded with no problems. Both of these channels are CNN owned. What is going on here?
