I have a guy here who has worked for me off and on for several years and is looking for work. I don't need anyone right now so I am trying to help him out. He is from Honduras but lived in the US for 17 years and is very fluent in English. He has worked in construction, helping maintain the property and as a watchman. With me he has always been honest. He needs a place to stay in addition to a job. He would be ideal for a retired American couple who perhaps struggles with Spanish and would prefer an English speaking employee. He could maintain a property and be there to watch your place when you are not there. Since he is not Panamanian he does not have any the rights that Panamanian labor laws require which as many of you know are complicated and against the interests of the employer.
