Quick Trip in OCT

I will be in Panama City in October to get an overall impression of it. My next trip will be to other areas of Panama.

I would be interested in talking to expats who have lived in Panama for over a year to get the 'ins & outs' - especially if they are still working vs retired.

My Question: Where are good places in the city to meet expats? Are there any specific places they tend to hang-out?
