Fedpa Bank Scam

Hi everyone -

Just wanted to give a heads-up to everyone with scam alive right now to expat who are offered 8.5% return for a "factoring credit note" from FEDPA which is cooperative. FEDPA is only asking expat and foreigners to invest into this scheme, surely because they dont know anything about the regulation in panama and because they will have close to no recourse if somethng goes wrong. Note that in a bank you can get 2% on your deposit or so, Remember in Balboa Trust & Trust was also was offering 5% to its depositor and it went bust in May 2016 (check Google). Buyer's beware.
