Job Search from Abroad

Hi Forum. My husband and I are considering relocating to Panama. I am a former investment banker and currently a product manager in the technology sector (I manage the engineers who make apps). I have an MBA from a top tier school and an undergrad degree in economics. I took 4 years of Spanish in high school and again during undergrad (but need a refresher for sure). How would you recommend I go about a job search from the US before I move? Are there sites you would recommend or any other advice? I am open to working in tech, general business or finance or even hospitality (in a management role). Thank you!
