In mid October I met the welder who installed my roof and other jobs. So when I bumped into him in Cochees(spelling) I offered him 4-5 contracts. His name is; Carlos Alberto Obando Espinoza, and is from Nicaragua. ID# E-8-108570. DOB 15-08-54. On Oct 19 2016 we met at 11am in the Cochees-Ram parking lot. in Bugaba. There 2 guys on motorcycles where passing buy 2-3 times and that to me was "odd" and it was 'Bondo' and a friend(LicPlt#MM0513) I found out latter. On Oct. 19 we were to start working, but he did not show until 2pm. with his bud and no welder. I now knew the colors of the bikes from the parking lot in town. It was not a kind meet. As of today I have buried 2 of my 4 dogs, 12yo and 2yo(poison). In between the pop of my 2yo became very ill. Full of inflammation in 3 legs(8yo). Now missing for 3 hours, and very unlike him.
I am stating this hard month of news as a "Pubic Forum" and hope life in Sortova, Chiriqui improves.
